LAYOUT & ACCOMMODATIONS:
Sleeps up to 16 in six staterooms. Four Guest Cabins are below deck via stairwell from main deck dining salon. Athwartships companionway below to engine room, Guest staterooms amidships at either side, each with outboard queen berths, settees, locker and drawer storage forward. Forward to starboard Guest stateroom with stacked single berths outboard. Finally, fully forward is the Triple/Quad Guest stateroom, with lower Queen and upper single to starboard, plus an additional settee-single berth to port. Two guest heads with separate stall showers.

Owner's Cabin is on the Bridge Deck level, accessed up from the dining salon; Queen berth and ensuite head with shower, access to boat deck forward and up to the Raised Pilothouse.

A "go-anywhere" vessel.


Main Deck is entered via sheltered weather deck starboard into the Dining Salon with crescent-shaped bar to starboard, and forward to Main Salon, and on to main deck Queen stateroom. Teak cabin sole and light hardwood paneling. Day Head to port.

GALLEY:
Galley is on-deck, aft to port, with new granite countertops, 4-burner LPG range, microwave/convection combination oven, upright refrigerator, icemaker, double stainless steel sinks, hot/cold pressure freshwater system with hot water heater and ample cabinet/drawer storage.

DECK:
New steel stairways access all areas. Foredeck fitted with hydraulic crane, hydraulic anchor windlass with generous ground tackle, fire hydrant, propane storage. Propane BBQ and large storage boxes on the aft deck. Transom door and ladder to swim platform. 14' Dinghy and 14.5' Wahoo shoreboat with 40hp Johnson outboard.

MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT:
Engine Room with full headroom is aft of the lower deck cabins and houses twin GM 8V71 main engines, TwinDisc MG-509 gears, gensets, air conditioning with very good access to all machinery and ship's systems. Aluminum grill bilge cover plates, 15' work bench with tools, vise and grinder, and washer/dryer.

All machinery is Keel Cooled freshwater for generators, mains and air conditioners. No saltwater enters the boat. Dual fuel filters, lube oil transfer system, air compressor, valves for firefighting and ballast pumps, and holding

tanks. 530 gallon lube oil and 530 gallon hydraulic fluid tanks. Michigan bronze 4 blade 46" props run on 4" Stainless Steel shafts. Helm is manual wheel and Comnav tiller.

Main Engines and gensets were rebuilt in 1999 and show 1,350 hours since major professional overhaul.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Forward of the main salon on main deck are two +/- 7' headroom semi-finished areas in the focsle and aft which can be completed as additional king sized berthing cabin or finished as wet/dry/photo labs. These spaces are insulated, wired and plumbed, and have air conditioning and heating system.

REMARKS:
An economical go-anywhere vessel. Last audio gauge and surveys reporting her to be in very good condition throughout. USCG approved for 12 passengers.
